These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.flucie.com (the "Site") and the early-access waitlist offered on it. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. Flucie is a pre-launch product; a separate Terms of Service will apply once the Flucie app itself is available, and will be presented to you at that time.
1. What this Site is
This Site is a pre-launch landing page describing Flucie, an AI learning guide for children aged 3–11, and a form to join its early-access waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for a product or service. It registers your interest so we can contact you when Flucie opens for early access.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to join the waitlist. The waitlist form is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child, not by a child directly.
3. The waitlist and Flucie Coins
Joining the waitlist may make you eligible for a Flucie Coins bonus when Flucie opens, as described on the Site at the time you join. Flucie Coins are a product feature to be defined in full in the Flucie app's own terms once it launches; nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of a specific coin value, redemption option, or launch date. Flucie Coins have no cash value and cannot be purchased.
4. No guarantee of launch or features
Flucie is in development. Features, timelines, and pricing described on this Site are current plans, not commitments, and may change before launch. We will not knowingly state a feature as shipped when it has not shipped; if you believe something on this Site is described inaccurately, please tell us using the contact details in Section 9 and we will correct it.
5. Acceptable use of this Site
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information through the waitlist form without their permission
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
- Use automated means to scrape or submit the waitlist form at scale
6. Intellectual property
The Flucie name, logo, and the content of this Site (text, design, and illustrations) belong to Flucie unless otherwise credited. Story content on the Site is credited to its original source (Pratham Books' StoryWeaver) where used, under its applicable license.
7. Third-party links and services
This Site uses third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services linked from this Site.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This Site and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flucie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or participation in the waitlist.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site and product develop. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
